"Farm to Family" is a
1987 international diesel school bus converted into a mobile micro farmers market. We provide the (Richmond) community with fresh grown local produce and homemade products through our mobile concept.Our weekly schedule is

Farm to Family is focused on providing high-quality service and products. We are developing a quality product line and building relationships with small local farmers. We want to build a bridge from the farm to the city, while helping the farmer sell his goods so he/she can focus on more farming. We help the farmer get rid of surplus's while feeding the community at affordable prices. We bring fresh local produce into the urban landscape/neighborhoods. In doing so we can lower the carbon footprint from unnecessary travel for the farmer and customer. We want to bring the farm to you!
We are qualified to accept EBT cards (food stamps) for those struggling families in the community. If you are a farmer or know a farmer that sells wholesale or has a surplus of produce please contact us so we can establish a relationship. We are trying to stay with clean (no chemicals) products and we'll have a full disclaimer (free advertising for the farmer) on where the produce came from and how it was grown. It's a win win for everyone.
We are very excited about this venture please help us succeed by spreading the word/love, find us when/where you can and buy something. This is a community based concept that will not succeed without it's full support. Every little bit helps us stay afloat and eventually we can expand enabling us to reach more communities in need!
